Adrian founded the Firm over 20 years ago. Adrian’s practice covers contentious and non-contentious matters relating to patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, plant breeder’s rights and confidential information. Adrian's practice includes patent drafting, filing, prosecution, oppositions, litigation and licensing.

Adrian has over 35 years of intellectual property experience across a range of industries and technologies, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, information technology and medical devices. Adrian serves on the Trade Issues Committee of INTA and is presently the Co-Vice Chair of the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Issues Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) based in Washington, D.C., USA.

Noelene’s practice covers contentious and non-contentious matters relating to patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, plant breeder's rights and confidential information, including patent and trade mark prosecutions, oppositions and litigation. Noelene has over 25 years of intellectual property experience across a wide range of industries including R&D, FMCG, retail, information technology, education, biotechnology and professional services.
