Adrian’s practice covers contentious and non-contentious matters relating to patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, plant breeder’s rights and confidential information. Adrian's practice includes patent drafting, filing, prosecution, oppositions, litigation and licensing.

Adrian has over 30 years of intellectual property experience across a range of industries and technologies, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, information technology and medical devices. Adrian serves on the Designs Committee of INTA and is presently the Secretary of the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Issues Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) based in Washington, D.C., USA.

Noelene is an elected Councillor of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia, the representative body for Australian Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys.

Noelene’s practice covers contentious and non-contentious matters relating to patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, plant breeder's rights and confidential information, including patent and trade mark prosecutions, oppositions and litigation. Noelene has over 25 years of intellectual property experience across a wide range of industries including R&D, FMCG, retail, information technology, education, biotechnology and professional services. Noelene presently serves on the Geographical Indications Committee of INTA.
