Adrian founded the Firm over 20 years ago. Adrian’s practice covers contentious and non-contentious matters relating to patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, plant breeder’s rights and confidential information. Adrian’s practice includes patent drafting, filing, prosecution, oppositions, litigation and licensing.

Adrian has over 35 years of intellectual property experience across a range of industries and technologies, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, information technology and medical devices. Adrian serves on the Trade Issues Committee of INTA and is presently the Co-Vice Chair of the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Issues Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) based in Washington, D.C., USA.
