Noelene is an elected Councillor of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia, the representative body for Australian Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys.

Noelene’s practice covers contentious and non-contentious matters relating to patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, plant breeder’s rights and confidential information, including patent and trade mark prosecutions, oppositions and litigation. Noelene has over 25 years of intellectual property experience across a wide range of industries including R&D, FMCG, retail, information technology, education, biotechnology and professional services.

• Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys (IPTA Fellow & Council Member)
